Please contact us to begin the booking process and receive a link to complete our online questionnaire.<\/li>\n<li>Initial consultations must be in-person, with the pet attending.<\/li>\n<li>Initial appointments include a one-time only New Patient Case Review fee for time spent reviewing all case documentation. Flat fee of $225.<\/li>\n<li>All follow-up appointments include an assessment of your pet\u2019s response to previous recommendations, as well as suggested adjustments to the existing treatment plans (avg. length 1\/2 hr to 1.25 hrs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Vet-To-Vet Consultations \u2013 $195\/flat rate 30 min. call<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Vet-to-Vet Consultations \u2013 These phone consults are conducted with an attending veterinarian from an outside clinic with one of our veterinary behaviorists to discuss possible treatment and\/or medication strategies for their cases. Does not include a written report. The attending veterinarian makes final decisions on implementing recommendations given by our clinician(s). Availability for v2v consults is typically in the same week as requested, making this an ideal option for urgent cases. Fee is charged directly to veterinary clinic. Review of patient records or supplemental materials is available at an additional fee of $100\/15 min of review. See our <a href=\"\/index.php\/vet-to-vet-consultations\/\">Vet-to-Vet info page<\/a> for full details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Out-Of-Area Behavioral Consultations \u2013 $525\/hr<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>For patients residing outside of Oregon or Washington, or to anyone unable to come down to our Portland location.<\/li>\n<li>We can establish a Consulting Veterinary Relationship with a primary veterinarian to co-manage behavioral treatment. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/animalbehaviorclinic.net\/contact-us\/\"> contact us <\/a> directly for information on accessing this service as an Out-of-Area client.<\/li>\n<li>These appointments are conducted virtually.<\/li>\n<li>Initial appointments include a one-time only New Patient Case Review fee for time spent reviewing all case documentation. Flat fee of $225.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Training &amp; Behavior Modification<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Training Support \u2013 We work in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instinctdogtraining.com\/location\/portland\/\"> Instinct Dog Behavior &amp; Training<\/a> to provide one-on-one training services for our patients for the full scope of behavior concerns we treat. Please visit their website for information on booking training sessions if you are not already an ABC client, or speak with your ABC veterinarian if you are!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Additional Payment Details<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A cancellation fee may be charged on appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours\u2019 notice.
