Recheck Assessments
These appointments are for patients who have already met with one of our clinicians for a Diagnostic Assessment and are looking to continue or make changes to their treatment plan.
- We often recommend recheck assessments 10-12 weeks after the initial assessment to monitor progress and make any needed changes to the treatment plan, but these can be scheduled at any time that best fits you and your pet’s needs.
- In-person appointments with your Animal Behavior Clinic clinician are required at least once annually until your pet graduates from our care. This is required for our veterinarians to manage and provide refills for prescription medications.
- Telemedicine follow-up consultations may only be scheduled if your pet has been seen by your Animal Behavior Clinic behaviorist in person within the past year, or if scheduled as part of our Out of Area consulting service.
- Duration: 30 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes (depending on your needs)
- Location: In-person or telemedicine (Zoom or phone)
- Cost: $450 per hour
- $525 per hour for our Out-of-Area consulting Clients
